Good foods that promote hair growth

Sometimes the best growth you can make is making changes from inside out starting with your intake. Every thing listed are things that promote hair growth and make hair stronger overall.

Protein: liver, tofu, eggs beans,yogurt

Iron: liver, eggs, raisins, whole grain cereals

B Vitamins: eggs, meat poultry

Vitamin E: avocados, nuts, seeds, olive oil

Sulfur: meats, fish, nuts, legumes, onions( all vegetables but onions help the most)

Essential fatty acids: walnuts, canola oil, fish, soy
